Writing guidelines

Because we receive a large number of outreach emails, we decided to create these guidelines to make the process easier for both you and us. We only accept high-quality posts that adhere to our guidelines.

Original content

Your writing must be original. The article should be unique, not just in terms of "duplicate material" (which is obvious), or at the very least, it should approach a well-known subject from a fresh angle.

We favor the following kinds of content:

  • Step-by-step instructions - how-to article intended for beginners
  • Case Studies - Using your own research or analysis based on actual data
  • Educational Content - A post describing a particular SEO concept with examples and practical advice.

Added Value

Our readers adore well-organized, practical, and usable material. When feasible, provide real-world examples, case studies, researched data, charts, and graphics. That is what sets a quality content apart from a "random bunch of words" submission, whose sole goal is to obtain a backlinks as soon as possible.

Optimization

Don't forget to center the post on the term that best describes the subject. Perform some simple keyword research, and then optimize the content by using the proper titles. Overall, the more authoritative the link to your website will be over time, the better the post will be.

Make sure to back up your claims by relevant links to valuable resources. If possible, include at least one external link to a reliable source.

Images

You don't need to produce a featured image for the article; once it is accepted, we will do so. But we highly advise including pertinent visuals in the text, such as screenshots, graphics, graphs, etc. Do not use stock images.

Let us know if you lack the tools to produce eye-catching visuals, and we can assist you.

Article Length

Although we place greater value on quality than quantity, the post should generally contain at least 2000 words.

Conclusion

  1. Unique
  2. Real Example, Case Studies, Research Data
  3. Keyword research & Focus keyword
  4. Links
  5. Relavent Image, avoid stock image
  6. 2000 words
